We offer both in-shop repair services as well as road services for the ultimate in convenience.
In-Shop Repair
We can repair your forklift in our large facility equipped with the latest technology. Let our team of experts rebuild your engine or transmission, or even do a complete overhaul. You need it; we can do it.

And if your repair job is going to take a while, don’t worry. Rentals are provided if your forklift needs shop service at a reduced rental rate. Pickup and delivery charges include transportation of both your forklift and the rental.
Road Services
At Ocean State Forklifts, we have six vans that are on the road daily. Our vans are fully equipped with the most popular parts to complete fast and efficient repairs on the spot. Don’t come to us. We’ll come to you!

About Us
Started in 1982 in one of 2 partners house garage in R.I. (reason for name Ocean State) with about 6 employees. Business outgrew location and moved to current location, 22 Hollister Rd.Seekonk in 1984. It was a struggle for many years but the company is now owed by last partner and is a family owned business. Current owner Douglas O’Brien Sr. is now retired and son Douglas O’Brien Jr. now manages the business. We have 19 Employees and one of the largest used equipment companies in the area.
